Bloemer Food Sales, Co. Inc., is a food manufacturing company based in Louisville, Kentucky. We specialize in our label products as well as contract packaging a variety of different products, including BBQ sauces, rubs, and salsa.
We started making our world-famous Bloemer’s Chile Base in 1919 and have expanded our label to include Chile Powder and Hot Chile Powder.
